• When will my order ship?

  All orders placed before 4:00 PM CST ship same-day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will ship the following business day. This does not include orders placed for products on pre-order or backorder. CT Sounds will always post if the item is on pre-order or backorder on the product’s page.

• Who does CT Sounds use to ship my purchase?

  CT Sounds uses a variety of different shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon to fulfill customer orders. The carrier we select depends upon shipping rates and shipping times. CT Sounds will select the best option and quickest option that makes sense for our customer’s purchases.
