  • How long does it take to process my warranty claim?

    Upon receiving your warranty return, CT Sounds requests 5 to 7 business days to inspect the item and determine if it falls under warranty. After testing the item, we will reach back out to you letting you know if the item will be warrantied.

  • Will I receive a brand new replacement if my item is covered under warranty?

    CT Sounds reserves the right to send you a certified refurbished product for any unit that is beyond the 30-day return/exchange period. If the item is within the 30-day return/exchange window, you will receive a brand new replacement.
