Depending on when you purchased the unit, there are 2 options if you want to cancel your pre-order for a refund
- Option 1: Order was placed within the past 30 days and has not shipped - you can cancel your pre-order and you will be issued with store credit in the amount you paid.
- Option 2: Order was placed more than 30 days ago and has not shipped - you can cancel your pre-order and you can let us know if you would like us to refund your original payment method or if you would like us to issue you store credit.
