What do I do if an item is damaged upon receiving it?

In the unlikely event you receive a package that contains a damaged product, please email us at hello@ctsounds.com or message us through our Contact Us page. Please include pictures of the damaged shipping box and/or item(s) along with your order number. It is important that you provide pictures of the packaging and damaged item so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
