When will I receive order tracking information?

CT Sounds oftentimes use multiple carriers to ship a single order, because of this, we do not provide tracking numbers until the final carrier has shipped out your package. Tracking numbers are oftentimes not sent out until the day before or even the day of delivery. If you have not received a tracking number that does not mean your order is not shipped. In the unlikely event you do not have your full order within 7 business days (unless you ordered an item on pre-order or backorder), please email us at hello@ctsounds.com or message us through our Contact Us page.
